Fire and Theft Cover

Fire

Material and direct damage suffered by the Vehicle indicated in the Acceptance Form and in the Certificate of Insurance following Fire, both total and partial, from the action of lightning, explosion or bursting of the tank and/or fuel system used to operate the vehicle itself. Also covers damages caused by wilful acts of TPS

Theft

Losses or damages to your vehicle because of theft or attempted theft or robbery. It covers theft of the car itself, stolen car parts, stolen vehicle contents and damage caused by a break-in (such as broken windows or damaged door locks).

Glass Breakage

Repairs and replacement of windscreen or glass following damage or breakage resulting from accidental causes, acts of third parties, phenomena natural causes, including hail damage.

Natural Events

Covers repairment or indemnity caused by natural events. Natural disasters are covered within a public fund in some countries.

Material and direct damage - excluding that from fire - suffered by the vehicle following events attributable to natural phenomena such as hurricanes, storms, blizzards, tornadoes, hail, floods, landslides, avalanches, avalanches, floods, floods, storm surges and snow fell. This includes damage resulting from objects thrown onto or against the vehicle as a result of natural events and damage caused by snow falling from roofs or other ice formations falling from buildings.

Socio-political Events And Vandal Acts

Material and direct damage suffered by the vehicle as a result of disturbances, strikes, riots, riots, terrorism, sabotage, acts of vandalism.

Collision with Wild Animals

Losses and damages caused to the insured vehicle in case of an accident involving wild animals. This damage cover compensates for the expense to repair or replace parts of the own vehicle damaged in the accident.

Driver Injuries (Personal Accident)

This cover is designed to protect you if you have an accident where you suffer serious bodily injury or in the event of death.

Our driver injuries cover will provide compensation, in case the insured suffered from permanent disability or death following a car accident.

Legal Protection

Reimbursement of legal expenses and related charges for the defence of the insureds interests, in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings in relation to events connected with the circulation of the vehicle and in relation to contractual disputes inherent thereto.

Roadside Assistance

Replacement Car (only replacement car assistance is applicable to fire and theft product).

in the event of Theft/Fire/Robbery, a Replacement Car is provided for up to 30 consecutive days. In case of repurchase of a new vehicle from the Stellantis Network, the rental will be provided for a further maximum period of 90 days (including the first 30 days). This can be further extended to 120 consecutive days if the vehicle has an approved anti-theft device installed.

Collision

Direct and material damages for damages involving TP vehicles only

Direct material damage suffered by the vehicle as a result of collision with another identified motor vehicle which occurred during circulation in public or private areas.

Kasko cover

Collision with another identified motor vehicle, collision with fixed and mobile obstacles including collision with animals, going off the road and overturning, which occurred during circulation in public or private areas.
